1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and gfplay.cam ("gfplay", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the gfplay online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through the website located at https://gfplay.cam (the "Website" or "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Website, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and Services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restrictions

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use gfplay's Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent that you are not legally prohibited from using online gaming services and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.3 Jurisdiction

The Service is intended solely for users residing in the Philippines. By using gfplay, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Service. Users attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are expressly forbidden from using our Services.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using gfplay Services: (a) employees, directors, agents, and consultants of gfplay and its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of persons listed in (a); (c) persons who have been self-excluded or banned from gaming activities; (d) persons appearing on any governmental exclusion list; and (e) persons with outstanding debts to gfplay or related entities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are limited to one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide the following information: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification; date of birth; valid email address; mobile phone number; residential address; and chosen username and secure password. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Verification

gfplay operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as required by PAGCOR licensing requirements. We reserve the right to request identification documents at any time, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months); payment method verification; and source of funds documentation.

You must provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days of the request. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification procedures.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify gfplay of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You accept all risks associated with authorized and unauthorized access to your account. gfplay will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with any third party; (b) allow any other person to access your account; (c) use another person's account; (d) sell, transfer, or assign your account to another party; or (e) use your account for any commercial purposes. Any violation of these security provisions may result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your gfplay account must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) using approved payment methods displayed on the Website. Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and over-the-counter cash deposits through authorized partners. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed for each payment method and may be adjusted at gfplay's sole discretion.

You warrant that: (a) all funds deposited into your account are not derived from illegal activities; (b) you are the legitimate owner of the deposited funds; (c) you are authorized to use the payment method for deposits; and (d) all information provided during payment processing is accurate and complete. gfplay reserves the right to refuse deposits from unverified payment sources or to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published processing times, typically within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts using approved payment methods. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and extended processing time.

Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. gfplay reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions based on payment method, verification status, bonus terms, or security considerations.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review, and gfplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Fees and Charges

gfplay does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for all fees charged by payment providers, banks, or financial institutions in connection with your transactions.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts with positive balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100) or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, after proper notification to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gfplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers ("Bonuses") at our sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: eligibility requirements; wagering requirements (turnover requirements); minimum odds requirements for sports bets; maximum bet limits while bonus is active; game restrictions and exclusions; time limits and expiration dates; and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

Specific terms for each Bonus are provided at the time of offer and must be read carefully before accepting. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements, with contribution percentages specified in each bonus's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gfplay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using systems, strategies, or patterns designed solely to profit from bonuses; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; delaying game rounds for the purpose of wagering bonus funds; and any other activity deemed by gfplay, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of promotional terms.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and gfplay reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses incurred through bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

gfplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from participating in Bonuses or promotional offers at our discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Policies

6.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited: use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games; exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; use of information obtained through unauthorized means; chip dumping or transfer of value between accounts; and any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of gaming outcomes.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. gfplay is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, including but not limited to: server failures or downtime; software errors or bugs; internet connectivity issues; hardware failures; and errors in game result calculations. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

gfplay reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity; pattern betting or arbitrage activity; maximum bet limit violations; and events affected by errors or irregularities. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error.

7. Responsible Gaming

gfplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gfplay Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of gfplay or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without express written permission from gfplay; use any automated system to access, scrape, or collect data from the Website; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Service; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or use the gfplay name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gfplay, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall gfplay's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gfplay customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of initial contact, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and verification requirements. We reserve the right to retain account records for the period required by law.

11.2 Termination by gfplay

gfplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms or any other gfplay policy; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; provision of false or misleading information; failure to complete verification procedures; extended period of account inactivity; and security concerns or risk management decisions.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, gfplay reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. If your account is terminated without cause, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and charges.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any transmission of information over the internet carries inherent security risks.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gfplay regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. gfplay's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without gfplay's prior written consent. gfplay may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

gfplay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or other events constituting force majeure.
